HOW IT WORKS

CurbFi

CurbFi is a curbside and pickup order management system that helps your store deal with high volume sales.  CurbFi provides your store a 2-way text communication with your customer once the order has been placed.  CurbFi helps you organize and keep track of your orders as they come and alerts you when the customer has arrived to pick up their order so your staff can bring it to the waiting customer.

Order is placed

Your customer places their online order on your Linga or ChowNow store. The order data from Linga is sent via webhook and is stored directly into your CurbFi account. ChowNow does not provide webhooks but instead emails the order data to your email account.

CurbFi fetches the data

CurbFi fetches the ChowNow order email from your account inbox using IMAP, then saves the order information to your account. You are shown the orders as they arrive in your CurbFi account as well as any text messages the customer may send.

SMS / MMS text message

CurbFi sends the customer a SMS / MMS text message using your Twilio account.  The text explains to the customer what to do to notify you once they arrive to pick up their order.  Messages are editable in your account so you control what is sent.

CurbFi alerts you

Once your customer has arrived and sends a reply text message with the curbside spot they are parked, the CurbFi system alerts you. The customer’s order is elevated to the top of the list and is marked with visual notice with the arrival time and a sort alert sound is given.

Check-in Receptionist

CurbFi can also be your receptionist where multiple customers can let you know they have arrived without getting a busy signal.  Once your customer arrives, they text in their parking spot number, name, and reason they are there.  The notice is instantly added to your CurbFi Curbside screen and you are alerted.  CurbFi Check-in Receptionist has a main incoming column but also lets you create up to 7 extra columns so that you can move the incoming ticket to appropriate areas.  You are also able to text message back if needed from within CurbFi in case you are needing more information from your customer.

Unlimited Accounts

Create as many admin and user accounts as needed.  Admins have full access to Twilio errors and warning logs and account settings.  User accounts only have access to curbside orders.
